COINPOL, S.A. (Industrial Constructions of Polyester, SA) with presence in Madrid since 1970 and registered office in Ctra. Villaviciosa-Pinto Km 16 -28 946 Fuenlabrada, has an experience of over 45 years in the transformation and conditioning of vehicles for transporting perishable goods.
Since 1970 and according to regulations, a divider wall used to be installed, which separated the cabin cargo compartment, coating the entire cargo compartment with fiberglass reinforced polyester to prevent corrosion and contact of the sheet/veneer with the transported goods.
In 1987, when the Ministry of Industry and Energy implemented the requirement that all vehicles should be certified and manufactured in accordance with the new rules on coefficient of insulation, COINPOL, SA, presented five prototypes of vehicles converted to the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering (Foundation for promoting industrial innovation), obtaining an optimal coefficient and thus being the first to manufacture under the new legislation. Since then, all vehicles have been successfully certified.
For processing and preparation of vehicles for transportation of perishable goods, 2,000 m2 of indoor facilities, 60 m2 for raw material stock, 240 m2 of offices and 6,200 m2 of special open spaces for the stock of vehicles are available.
